What the job is like
• Pay : $75,000 – $95,000 annually
• Schedule : Full-time
• Shifts : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (flexibility required for extended / off-hours during go-lives and implementation milestones)
• Location : Remote (US) with 10–15% travel required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications :
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN)
Licenses and Certifications :
• Current, active RN license
Experience Required :
• 3+ years of clinical bedside experience with strong knowledge of clinical workflows
• Demonstrated healthcare technology implementation experience (vendor-side or internal hospital / clinical system implementations)
• Experience coordinating across design, testing, training, and go-live phases
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume implementations simultaneously
• Experience delivering clinical education or training (nurse educator, super user, system trainer)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading proficiency required)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office tools
Preferred :
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Experience with ticketing or support management systems
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments
Impact You Will Make :
You will directly improve how clinicians deliver care by ensuring they are confident, trained, and fully supported when adopting new technology—helping healthcare teams work more efficiently and positively impacting patient outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities :
• Lead end-to-end implementations from sales handoff through post-go-live stabilization
• Assess client clinical workflows and define implementation scope
• Manage onboarding, timelines, and milestone tracking
• Deliver role-based training sessions (virtual and onsite as needed)
• Track and maintain accurate implementation data in CRM systems
• Communicate proactively with clients (asynchronous and live) throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Support teams
• Escalate risks and implementation hurdles appropriately
• Support high-volume implementation cycles (6–8 weeks typical cycle)
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to account management
