Job descriptionStimulating digital transformation context with diverse, concrete projects Stable, engaged, and collaborative IT team (about twenty professionals) Human and accessible leadership focused on results Friendly work environment based on respect, integrity, and professionalism Manage a portfolio of IT projects (infrastructure, telephony, modernization, corporate development) Develop detailed project plans including resources, timelines, risks, and budgets Coordinate between IT teams and business units, ensuring clear and proactive communication Support the implementation of project management structures and best practices within IT Oversee transitions between development and operations teams to ensure solution stability Provide clear, regular progress reports to senior management Manage project budgets (hardware, software, consulting services, internal efforts) and optimize resource utilization Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role Strong command of project management practices (planning, risk, budget, communication) Comfortable managing both infrastructure and software development projects Knowledge of project management tools (Excel, MS Project, add-ons, internal templates) Team-oriented mindset, rigor, strong leadership, and effective communication skills Fluent in French, functional English for external partner interactions Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) Hybrid model : 3 days per week at the office in Québec City (near the Centre des foires) Salary between $90,000 and $120,000 plus an annual bonus of approximately 10% Group insurance coverage Training reimbursement Employer-contributed retirement plan 6 weeks of paid time off (4 weeks vacation + 2 weeks during the holiday season) Flexible schedule and summer hours (Friday afternoons off) And more!
