Job description

Winnipeg Color Manufacturing is hiring a Dispense Technician with a pay rate of $16.05 per hour for a full-time position.

Department : Dispensing

Shifts :

Days : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 15 pm
Evenings : Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 15 pm
Nights : Sunday – Thursday, 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 15 am

Reporting To : Department Manager

General Job Description :

The Dispense Technician reports directly to the Color Manufacturing Manager. Responsibilities include preparing production batches and wet samples for color formulations within a controlled environment, following all safety procedures, understanding safety equipment, and adhering to company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Accurately dispense, correct, and produce color batches and samples from prescribed formulas and materials.

Operate related processing equipment such as paint shakers, drawdown tables, and scales.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Manage inventory of supplies.

Clean and maintain all equipment and work environment.

Perform other departmental duties as required.

Job Qualifications and Requirements :

Excellent attention to detail.

General mechanical aptitude is an asset.

Ability to multi-task.

Good time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education, Training, and Experience :

High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.

Dispense Technician or related experience is an asset.
