We are looking for a Supervisor of Operations in our Warehouse in Coquitlam. This is a new role, as we are adding a Supervisor to the afternoon shift. We are looking to tighten up on safety and improve on our employee training. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 4 : 00 pm – 12 : 30am or 6 : 00pm – 2 : 30am (flexible)
In this role, you will :
- Supervise, direct, prioritize and coordinate activities related to the warehouse department, to maintain quality and maximize productivity while minimizing cost
- Support the team’s success by ensuring staff are properly trained, motivated and performing to the required standard, and provide recognition and feedback as appropriate
- Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure all staff are being treated on a fair and consistent basis
- Take initiative to implement process changes and ensure continuous improvement is embraced by all staff
- Ensure product is received, handled, stored and picked in a safe and timely manner to effectively fulfill Operations and Distribution requirements
- Coordinate with other supervisors and supporting departments to ensure continuous operations
You have :
