Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, ensuring that gardens and outdoor spaces are healthy and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching to ensure the aesthetic quality of gardens and lawns.
• Irrigate plants and lawns effectively, ensuring proper water distribution for optimal growth.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory.

Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.

Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is essential.

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are crucial for success in this role.
