Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and new projects. Technical Specification : Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, including process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents. API Design and Integration : Work closely with API developers to define, design, and implement RESTful or SOAP APIs using Java frameworks (like Spring Boot) for seamless data exchange between systems. System Design & Implementation : Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile/Scrum environment, from design to deployment and ongoing support. Quality Assurance & Testing : Assist in creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Communication & Collaboration : Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product owners, management, and end-users), ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals. Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Systems Analyst, ideally with experience in software development or integration projects. Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of API concepts, web services (REST/SOAP), and API development lifecycle. Familiarity with Java programming concepts and related frameworks (, Spring). Proficiency in database querying languages, especially SQL , for data analysis and troubleshooting. Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
