Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Media Assistant Manager to lead paid media, organic social, and influencer marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility and engagement through strategic campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership. Candidates must have a proven track record in paid media, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty industry . This position will report to the Brand Marketing Manager of Leneige.
Principal Accountabilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Paid Media
- Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google, and YouTube in collaboration with agencies.
- Act as the main liaison with paid media agencies, managing campaign briefs, budgets, and required assets.
- Oversee TikTok ad setup and adapt organic social assets for paid campaigns.
- Draft and review ad copy to align with Laneige’s tone of voice.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and conduct A / B testing to maximize ROI.
- Manage monthly budget reconciliation and forecasting while adhering to fiscal constraints.
Influencer Relations
Partner with the Influencer Specialist to identify and manage influencer collaborations that align with brand values.Negotiate rates, maintain schedules, and review influencer content submissions for optimization.Support the planning and execution of influencer events.Stay informed on industry trends and provide recommendations for innovative influencer strategies.Global-Led Campaign Execution
Implement global marketing campaigns, ensuring content adheres to international guidelines and timelines.Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and share results with global teams and the Marketing Manager.Organic Content
Collaborate with the social team to develop content strategies, tone of voice, and posting schedules.Ensure social media platforms support product launches with timely and engaging content.Analyze the performance of organic posts and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.Stay updated on platform trends and recommend new tools and optimizationsLead briefing process for white label content creatorsReview and approve content provided by white label content creation agencyMailers
Oversee the strategy and execution of brand mailers, collaborating with influencers, agencies, and the US team.Contribute to concept ideation and post-campaign reporting, providing actionable insights for future mailers.Budget Management
Monitor and reconcile advertising budgets, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and monthly reporting.Assist the Marketing Manager with annual budget allocation and manage monthly expense adjustments.Ensure all campaigns stay within allocated spending limits and address variances proactively.Team Leader / Mentor
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth.Provide guidance and training to ensure successful execution of campaigns and individual development.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field an asset5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media and social media strategy.Proven expertise in managing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google, and YouTube.Experience with influencer marketing, including campaign management and contract negotiations.Proficient in budget management, forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Skilled in creating and reviewing ad creative, drafting copy, and collaborating with design teams.Knowledgeable in social media management tools, A / B testing, and the latest trends in digital marketing.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and budget tracking.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strategic thinker with leadership skills to mentor teams and improve processes.Familiarity with Laneige’s brand values, target audience, and beauty industry trends.Flexible and proactive, with a passion for innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.We are committed to integration and equal opportunity.
