Qualifications :

PSW / HCAcertification or diploma is a must.

First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level C Certificate

Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year)

2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations ( up to date)

Have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within a community

Strong time management skills confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent communicator able to foster relationships with HealthcareStaff and clients

Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment

Interest in continuous learning high energy and focused

Responsibilities :

Assistclientswith dailyactivities- perform delegated tasks asrequired.
