Accountable to deliver high level commentary on weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast conversion identifying risks and opportunities needed to exceed plan.
Utilizes selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills and business acumen to influence and drive sales as well as account growth to exceed LS&Co.’s financial targets and overall profitability / growth.
Aligns brand consumers and account strategies to deliver Annual Financial Plans through volume and profitability targets (internally & externally).
Identifies, pursues and delivers new business opportunities with new and existing customers that drives profitable revenue growth.
Aggressively monitors and quickly responds to opportunities in the market to identify ways to beat the competition
Ability to present and influence through storytelling and KPI’s.
Thorough understanding of business metrics including retail math, operational and inventory KPIs. Ex : Sales, Margin, Inventory, AUR, Turns, Sell Thru%, In-stocks, Fill Rates, Reporting & Analytics with the ability to convert insights into positive recommendations.
Thorough understanding of P&L (profitability report) to ensure a clear understanding of how their role has a direct impact on Revenue, Dilution, GP%, AUSPs, COGs, product mix implications, monthly forecast, and weekly shipping updates.
Maintains working knowledge of market trends, and the competitive landscape.
