Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator with proven technical, analytical and business skills. The Systems Administrator will be the primary contact for major projects related to new hardware and software implementations focused on business unit integration and multi-site environments.

He/she will support and maintain enterprise networks, VPNs, VoIP, desktop computing, VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365 and cloud application services. He/she will maintain an on-premises HPE server farm, SAN, and Veritas NetBackup. He/she will be required to answer a wide variety of questions from across the enterprise, will need to schedule his/her work and execute his/her plan while following change management policies and documenting new configurations. Occasionally will provide 3rd level technical support for infrastructure related issues and questions directly with police customers and IT staff.

University degree or college diploma in computer networking;

Computer administration experience combined with 5 years of experience with a LAN;

Experience with Active Directory, multi-factor authentication and Office365;

Proficiency with Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewall, Microsoft, Microsoft, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, DNS, DHCP, VMware, vSphere, Fusion, Red Hat, Red Hat Linux, Intel, Fiber
