WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Permanent full time (37,5 hours)

Job location : Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Traval required

As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) specialist will support the study, development, and delivery process of ILS products in respect of the customer’s military and civilian standards within or outside the company.

The candidate is proficient in the maintenance of the integrated logistics support database, more specifically :

  • Reliability and maintainability analyses
  • Provisioning documentation
  • Recommended Spare parts List
  • Obsolescence studies and reporting
  • Maintenance Plan
  • System Safety design and architecture

Responsibilities

As a member of Logistics Engineering group :

  • Preparation of Provisioning Technical Documentation and Packaging Handling and transportation (PHS&T) for Spare parts, Special Tools, and Test Equipment (STTE).
  • Preparation of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) data products including performance of task analysis and preparation of LSAR : Provisioning documentation, including As Maintained Equipment Breakdown Structure (EBS)Maintenance PlanLevel of Repair Analysis (LORA)Support Obsolescence studies and reportingR&O Candidate Item list and preparation for implementation
  • Preparation of Logistics Engineering Studies and reporting (Reliability, Availability, maintainability and Safety).
  • WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

    Requirements

  • University or College diploma in electronics or mechanical engineering or in science.
  • Be fluent in French and in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Assets

  • Experience in the aerospace or defense field.
  • Knowledge of LSAR database and Pennant OmegaPS software Suite.
  • Knowledge of standard GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data.
  • Membership of OIQ
  • Most of Rheinmetall Canada's customers and partners are from outside Quebec, as is its subsidiary Rheinmetall Provectus, which is based in Ontario.
