Operations Lead

Title : Operations Shift Lead

Location : Office in Burnaby, BC

Expected pay : upwards on $35 per hour posible with $22 base plus commission and bonus adding up to $28-$35 / hr. (including base wage, daily performance bonus and other incentives).

90% of your working time will be spend in the truck out in the field.

Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to) :

• Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to maximize revenue and customer experience on a daily basis
• Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
• Performing office responsibilities including maintaining an organized workspace.
• Manage daily operations including GANTT and customer contact
• Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
• Participate and support Ops in new candidate interviews
• Update Attendance Tracker (Call Ins, Late, etc.)
• Oversee Daily truck inspection (start and end of day)
• Ensure COGS are entered in Pipeline for every operating day
• Report any issues that arise from daily operations – accidents, damages or customer issues
• Complete Welcome Calls / Texts (Via Driveline)
