A typical day :
- Daily repair support to maintenance including job scopes, field, and shop support
- Work with maintenance trades in the field to understand potential reliability issues during repairs and recommends potential preventive and predictive measures.
- Work with production in the field to assist with operator awareness of the proper operation of analyzer equipment including ensuring any applicable operator rounds are consistent andcorrect.
- Provide field support as needed
- Reviewing GSAP inventory management system reports and data. Evaluate and provide recommendations for spare parts inventory and update Bills of Materials (BOMs). Work with vendors to improve / capitalize on spares inventory.
- Provide technical assurance for analyzer repairs including overhaul and project commissioning. Perform quality assurance visits to repair shops for analyzer equipment.
Successful candidates will have :
Knowledge of oil refining process.Knowledge of varying analyzer sampling systems.Knowledge broad range of analyzer technology.Minimum 5 years refinery operations experienceKnowledge of applicable industry codeMay require some travel for offsite meetings related to Maintenance and Non-Routine Maintenance.Total rewards :
