[Tress Lounge] Licensed Hair Stylist – Luxury Salon
Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario

Compensation:

• Senior Hair Stylists & Senior Barbers: 30–50% revenue sharing (negotiable)
• Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers: $2,500/month + 15% on services (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for all clients
• Offer mens grooming services, including fades, beard trims, and shaves (for Barbers)
• Conduct client consultations and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe workspace
• Promote and sell retail products to support client results and salon revenue
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and industry innovations
• Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive salon culture

Qualifications

Senior Hair Stylists & Senior Barbers:

• Licensed hairstylist or barber with floor experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of client retention
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Ability to mentor junior team members is an asset

Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers:

• Passionate about hairstyling or barbering with a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
