Prérequis :

  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide
  • AEC en génie industriel ou DEC en génie industriel
  • Avoir une base de connaissance avec les règlements en Santé et Sécurité au travail
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine industriel
  • Être à l'aise avec un travail principalement dit de bureau ET aussi de terrain (audits SST)

Atout :

  • Expérience dans la gestion de plateformes SST (Avetta, ISN, Cognibox, etc.)
  • Connaissance des normes telles que ISO9001 / AS9100 / AMO / NADCAP
  • Connaissance du domaine des essais non destructifs

Description des principales tâches :

Volet SST)

Participation à la rédaction et aux révisions des politiques internes en matière de santé et sécurité au travail

Rédaction de documents soutenant la promotion de la SST au sein de l’entreprise

Gestion et inscription aux formations SST obligatoires des employés

Assiste et participe à des réunions SST chez des clients

Veille à la conformité des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) de l’entreprise

Animation du comité SST de l'entreprise

Suivi des inspections mensuelles et annuelles des équipements de prévention contre les incendies (extincteurs) et des trousses de premiers soins

Volet Conformité)

Maintenir les requis du programme qualité, ainsi que son amélioration continue

Participation et aide lors des audits qualité (ISO9001, AS9100)

Élaboration de politiques internes sur la gestion de l'environnement (selon les nouvelles normes ESG)

Participation à la gestion des plateformes de qualification des entrepreneurs auprès des clients (Cognibox, INSP, Avetta, et al.)

Coordination et suivi des dossiers de certifications externes et de formations internes des employés

Rédaction et mise à jour des curriculums vitae des employés à des fins de soumissions (sporadique)
