You'll be using your leadership skills every day, whether it'sto develop trusting relationships with our partners, train the next generationor manage a passionate team on projects. This role will give you the opportunity to take thelead, while also being in the thick of the action by working closely withtalented people. You'll be responsible for preparing and executing safe andefficient commissioning activities and plant operations.

• Determine organizational and work force requirements (expatriates, local and subcontracted personnel) to meet facility objectives.
• Develop the commissioning and startup plan documentation.
• Develop the commissioning and start-up schedule, as per project completion schedules, working closely with the project team.
• Direct the pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities at the work site.
• Direct the BBA team, client personnel and subcontractor assigned to the project commissioning team.
• Identify supplier support needs for process equipment commissioning.
• Review test procedures from suppliers and ensure proper completion.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Quality, Safety and the Owner's designated representatives, as required.
• Implement procedures to deliver overall facility safety and that of its personnel.
• Assist the engineering and expert teams with troubleshooting.
• Help the client identify operational readiness tasks and documentation for plant operation.
• Provide feedback and optimization recommendations to the engineering team and client.
