Product Owner

Position Description :

CGI is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product planning and delivery across the Fill Pack & Ship and Data & Analytics domains. The Product Owner will define priorities translate business needs into actionable requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality scalable solutions that drive their fulfillment modernization strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• . Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring stories and acceptance criteria are clear actionable and aligned with business value.
• . Partner with product managers architects and engineering teams to define features integrations and enhancements for end-to-end fulfillment workflows.
• . Collaborate closely with Developers QA Engineers and Analysts to deliver features using Agile principles.
• . Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning and release readiness activities.
• . Track progress against milestones and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.
• . Identify dependencies risks and process gaps driving mitigation and continuous improvement.
• . Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting alignment across domains.
