Clintar Landscape Management is currently recruiting for a number of dedicated and hardworking landscape crew leaders for the upcoming 2024 Spring / Summer season.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assign, monitor and assist with duties for the crew to ensure quality expectations
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers each day
- Maintaining lawns and planting gardens
- Trimming shrubs and trees
- Operating small machinery (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc)
- Spring and fall clean-ups
- Property Maintenance
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with your team members and keep a positive attitude
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
