Job description

Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Workers Compensation Consultant  to join our team in CITY, PROVINCE, Canada . The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

As a consultant you will provide solutions to employers for worker's compensation claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years experience with industry, or as an independent consultant managing WCB claims, and providing disability management (Return to Work) for employers
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with all provincial worker's compensation systems
  • Alberta and BC Workers Compensation and Disability Management experience
  • STD adjudication experience would be considered an asset
  • Effective negotiation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Competence with Microsoft office 360 and Windows 10, and data systems
  • CHRP Designation or CRSP designation would be considered an asset
  • French / English bilingualism an asset
