Responsibilities

Accurately interpret industrial drawings, 3D mechanical plans, and assembly diagrams.

Assemble complex structures using pre-drilled steel profiles.

Perform meticulous assembly of sub-units for distribution boards and control panels.

Install critical power components, such as rectifier bridges, transformers, and circuit breakers, into electrical cabinets.

Position and fasten copper or aluminum bus bars used for carrying high-voltage current.

Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including drills, power drivers, and torque wrenches.

Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications.

Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve manufacturing goals.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety standards.

Skills

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small and large parts.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and 3D drawings.

Proficiency with hand and power tools (drill, fastening tools, etc.).

Qualifications

A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in mechanical assembly, mounting, or similar manual work.

A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS / DEP) in electromechanics, mechanical assembly, or a related field is considered a major asset.

Proficiency in the French language.

Availability to train on the day shift and then work permanently on the evening shift.

Must own your own safety footwear (steel-toed boots or shoes).

Must consent to a criminal background check.

An excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small and large parts.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and 3D drawings.

Proficiency with hand and power tools (drill, fastening tools, etc.).
