About the Company

Our client, a reputable General Contractor in the Niagara Region , specializes in delivering high-quality Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) construction projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ICI Construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee all day-to-day activities for the project, manage subcontractors, coordinate project teams, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong track record in ICI construction and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities for multiple ICI projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure work is completed to specification.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks to ensure safe working practices.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track progress, review drawings, and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Foster strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
