Implementation Specialist - In Office

SelectCom is looking for In-house Implementation Specialist to help onboard, train and collaborate with new and existing SelectCom clients.

We are looking for a highly organized and detailed Implementation specialist who will be tasked with working with clients and growing our portfolio of Cloud Telephony and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

• to clients.

Our Mission is to reach our target customers with a multi-touch consultative selling approach. This role is for someone who loves the hunt of sale, but also enjoys farming through old prospects and a database full of low hanging fruit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a “start-up” environment while benefiting from the support and stability of a well-established organization.

In this position the Implementation Specialist will be primarily responsible for the implementation of new corporate group business, as well as other projects as assigned. In this role, you will demonstrate to clients how our SelectCom suite of products work, and answer questions relating to implementation. This role will work closely with external customers as well as a wide variety of internal parties to ensure client needs are met.
