Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Hancock, MI - Skilled Nursing Center

Hourly Rate : $30 / hour

Job Description : Join our team at a Skilled Nursing Center in Hancock, MI, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role involves providing direct patient care and assisting with healthcare services.

We offer flexible 12-hour or 8-hour shifts for a 13-week contract, with potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs.

Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments.

Monitor patient health and vital signs.

Assist with patient assessments and care planning.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications :

Michigan LPN license.

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to care.
