Job description3+ years of CNC and / or CMM programming experience Post-secondary diploma (CNC machining, mechanical tech, etc.) Proficient with precision measurement tools and methodologies Skilled in reading complex schematics and interpreting GD&T Familiar with ISO or other quality management standards Organized team player with excellent communication skills Competitive wage : $30–$40 / hr Monday to Friday, 40–50 hrs / week Full health & dental coverage + vision & disability insurance Company pension plan Free on-site parking Stable, permanent role in a growing team

We’re Hiring : CNC / CMM Programmer
Niagara Region, ON | Full-Time, Permanent | $30–$40 / hr
Are you a detail-oriented programmer who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-oriented environment? My client is a cutting-edge machining operation seeking a skilled CNC / CMM Programmer to join their growing team.
In This Role, You Will
- Program and operate CNC and CMM machines to verify production part accuracy.
- Use precision measuring instruments and techniques to inspect complex machined components.
- Review engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and GD&T specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and collaborate on corrective action and process improvement.
- Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment.
- Document inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, production leads, and clients.
