Job descriptionGuide, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, and support staff. Oversee performance management, conduct evaluations, and provide training opportunities. Ensure the team adheres to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Lead initiatives to continuously improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows. Identify and implement automation and other process improvements to reduce production costs, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality. 5-7 years of management experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a metal fabrication environment. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of welding manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CAD software and other manufacturing tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
