Marketing Coordinator - Dorval

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, marketing coordinator looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location.

We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong

organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Advantages

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

• Permanent position

• Group insurance plan paid 50% by the company (after 3 month probationary period)

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :

Assist with the implementation of new and existing products (diagram creation, identification #, pictures,

pricing)

• Prepare layouts, business cards, flyer nameplates, labels, and banners for all necessary products
• Generate and manage internal and external communication
• Define, select and coordinate various promotional materials between the marketing department, sales

representatives and customers.

• Help with events planning
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration or equivalent
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, social media skills
• Basic graphic design background considered a strong asset
• Bilingual( English and French)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, good initiative and detail oriented
