Customer Service & Technical Sales Coordinator

Full-Time | On-site | Dorval, QC
Industry: Security Systems (Alarms, Access Control, Cameras)
Languages: French & English (Fluent – spoken and written)

We are looking for a bilingual, experienced individual to manage customer service, technical sales, and the coordination of installations and service work. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience in the security hardware industry—whether as a dispatcher, technician, operations supervisor, or technical coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:🛠️ Customer Support & Coordination
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in both French and English

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to alarm, access control, and CCTV systems

  • Schedule and follow up on technician visits and service calls

  • Open, track, and close service tickets in coordination with dispatch

  • Act as a point of contact between the technical team and the client

💼 Technical Sales & Project Support
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to residential and commercial clients

  • Coordinate the technical design process with engineers and system designers

  • Follow up on open leads and maintain the CRM database

  • Read and interpret floor plans or site images to estimate scope of work

  • Support contract renewals, upgrades, and customer satisfaction initiatives

👷 Team Oversight: Technicians & Sub-Trades
  • Assign daily tasks to in-house technicians and subcontractors

  • Ensure proper documentation of service or installation completion

  • Track labor, parts used, and time allocation for invoicing and planning

  • Communicate timelines, scope, and expectations clearly to all field teams

  • Assist in onboarding, training, and evaluating subcontractor performance


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security hardware company (alarm, access, CCTV)

  • Experience in dispatch, tech support, installation supervision, or coordination

  • Fully bilingual (English & French), both written and verbal

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and quoting systems

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Ability to read plans, site drawings, or building layouts

  • Knowledge of brands such as DSC, Alarm, Avigilon, Brivo, etc. is a strong asset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage both client and technician relationships

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) bilingue expérimenté(e) pour gérer le service client, les ventes techniques et la coordination des installations et interventions sur site. Ce poste hybride est idéal pour une personne ayant œuvré dans une entreprise de sécurité, en tant que répartiteur(trice), technicien(ne), superviseur(trice) ou coordonnateur(trice) technique.


Responsabilités principales :🛠️ Service client & coordination
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel ou texto

  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques de base en alarme, contrôle d’accès et caméras

  • Planifier et suivre les visites de techniciens

  • Ouvrir, gérer et clôturer les billets de service

  • Faire le lien entre les clients et l’équipe technique

💼 Support aux ventes techniques & projets
  • Préparer des soumissions pour clients résidentiels et commerciaux

  • Collaborer avec les ingénieurs pour la conception technique

  • Faire le suivi des leads et gérer le CRM

  • Lire des plans ou croquis de sites pour estimer les besoins

  • Participer aux renouvellements de contrats et programmes de fidélisation

👷 Responsable des techniciens & sous-traitants
  • Attribuer les tâches aux techniciens internes et sous-traitants

  • Veiller à la bonne documentation des travaux effectués

  • Suivre l'utilisation des pièces, du temps et des ressources

  • Communiquer clairement les attentes, échéanciers et priorités aux équipes de terrain

  • Participer à l’intégration et à l’évaluation des sous-traitants


Profil recherché :
  • 2 ans d’expérience minimum dans une entreprise de systèmes de sécurité

  • Expérience pertinente en répartition, supervision, ou soutien technique

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) essentiel

  • Maîtrise des outils Office, CRM, devis ou logiciels de planification

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps

  • Aptitude à lire des plans et documents techniques

  • Connaissance des marques DSC, Alarm, Avigilon, Brivo, etc. est un atout
