Account Manager

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and expanded business. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can support both customer success and company growth. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. This position reports to the Custom Machinery Sales Manager.

What we’re looking for

• Act as the primary customer contact
• Manage accounts from quotation to on‑going development
• Collaborate with the Estimating Department to deliver custom machinery proposals
• Lead technical presentations and address customer questions
• Negotiate and secure new business opportunities
• Track proposals, assess status, and evaluate win probability
• Support project launches and resolve commercial issues

Salary range : $85,000 - $120,000 annually
