Missions
Superviser et encadrer l’équipe SOC (analystes N1, N2, N3).
Définir et améliorer les processus de détection, d’investigation et de réponse aux incidents de sécurité.
Assurer la veille technologique et la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité.
Garantir la qualité des analyses et des rapports de sécurité.
Collaborer avec les équipes IT, CERT et RSSI pour renforcer la posture de sécurité.
Piloter les projets d’évolution du SOC (intégration de nouveaux outils, automatisation, IA, Threat Intelligence).
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et rendre compte à la direction de la sécurité.
Profil recherché
Bac+5 en cybersécurité, systèmes d’information ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en SOC et au moins 2 ans en management d’équipe.
Solide maîtrise des SIEM, EDR, SOAR et outils de Threat Intelligence.
Connaissance approfondie des normes et cadres de sécurité (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et gestion de crise.
Capacité à travailler dans des environnements critiques et sensibles.
Anglais professionnel indispensable.
