S.i. Systems' Public sector client is looking for a Part-Time Senior Project Manager to roll out new Ricoh devices under their new Managed Print Services (MPS) Refresh Program.
This is a 12 month contract to start - preference for candidates in British Columbia.
Must Have :
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager working on large-scale rollout projects (print services)
- BC Provincial Government experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience delivering regular project status reports, updates, and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and Excel
Responsibilities :
The Managed Print Service (MPS) Project Manager IT is going to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Hosting Services Division with the roll out of new Ricoh devices under the new Managed Print Services (MPS) contract, as it pertains to scheduling, managing, ordering and deployment of Ricoh devices across the province.Develop and execute a comprehensive project and communication planFacilitate regular project meetings, workshops, review sessions with stakeholders and project resourcesCoordinate stakeholder workshops with ministry and contractor resourcesIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring that the project stays on track and any potential problems are addressed before they impact the project's scope, schedule, or budgetPublish weekly status reports for executive stakeholdersLead and managed project activities related but not limited to the Managed Print Service Device Refresh ProjectLead and manage the project using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed to ensure the best outcomes for the project.Engage and manage relationships with key ministry stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment of objectives, and timely delivery.Create dashboards using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Excel for different stakeholder audiences
