BURNCO is currently hiring a Part-Time Admin Coordinator for our Ready-Mixoperations in Lethbridge Alberta. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be providing day-to-day admin support as well as general office duties.

What You Will Be Doing
Complete and distribute purchase orders and invoices for payment.Follow up calls to Vendors for purchase order tracing.Contact customers for outstanding invoices.Prepare employee expense reports.Answer phones.Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports.Maintain inventory of office / safety supplies and order supplies as required.Filing as required.General office cleaning.Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.What We Need from You
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.Experience working with concrete is an asset.Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.Exceptional conflict resolution negotiation and objection handling skills.Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.Strong attention to detail.Computer literate including effective working skills of MS Word Excel and Outlook.Willing to train the right candidate.Required Experience :
