Job Summary

Clintar is hiring Landscape and Snow Supervisors to oversee field operations, ensuring timely quality service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations
• Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety
• Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, complete minor repairs when needed, and manage timesheets
• Plan and conduct ongoing crew training
• Prioritize customer satisfaction
• Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance
• Occasionally contributes hands‑on during tight deadlines
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager
