Shop Service Supervisor - Bilingual (French / English)

Our client is looking for a Shop Supervisor for a multi-national global organization with great career potential. Our client is well known within its respective industry, a global industrial leader and have stable business practices for more than 50+ years.

This is a leadership role within the organization that will lead the Boisbriand, QC facility.

What we are looking for :

• Experience managing technicians and teams and responsible for their safety in the workplace. Ability to keep a clean and organized work environment while managing a industrial repair shop of 5 - 7 technicians.
• Must be able to speak fluent English and French (Bilingual is mandatory)
• Ability to dress professionally and act in a mature manner to be seen as a Service Shop Supervisor
• Experience repairing, troubleshooting and handling customer service for all incoming calls for rotating equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Motors).
• On-Site 5 days per week and commutable distance to Boisbriand, QC (No hybrid or remote work)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Technical Education (DEP) with Maintenance or Service Supervision background.

This role pays a competitive compensation ranging from $85000 - 100,000 per annum. There are other benefits beyond the salary mentioned above which will be discussed later in the recruitment process. The compensation is dependent on the candidate experience and educational profile and will be evaluated during the interview process.
