We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our studio and support the team’s mission of developing innovative massive multiplayer video games. The candidate must be able to independently solve technical problems and be capable of performing a variety of operational tasks across the studio.
We have a friendly and respectful team environment that values creativity and innovation. Our studio is based out of Toronto. This position requires both remote and on site work.
Responsibilities :
- Establishing and maintaining technical operational processes across the studio
- Manage research project documentation and schedules (specifically SR&ED)
- Evaluating and hiring programmers and other technical personnel
- Training and onboarding technical staff
- Evaluating and procuring engineering tools and software
- Communicating with engineers at a technical level
- Coordinate between production and live operations teams
- Managing data privacy and other technical legal compliance processes
