Application Support Analyst

Job Title : L2 Application Support

Location : Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

Duration : 12+ months (possible extension or conversion)

Role Overview

L2 Application Support for mission-critical, low-latency Equities Cash electronic trading platforms (Algo Trading, Dark Pools, Crossing Engine, Client Connectivity). Ensure high availability, incident resolution, and production stability.

Key Responsibilities

• L1 / L2 support for Equities Cash trading apps
• Incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting & SLA adherence
• Work closely with Dev, QA, and business teams
• Analyze upstream / downstream dependencies
• Perform root cause analysis & provide technical recommendations
