Supervisor – Tim Hortons

Experience in the Tim Hortons system preferred with 1 year Supervisory, Trainer, or Team Lead experience

Your Role

As Supervisor, you’ll support the management team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You will:

• Lead by example to ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming experience
• Support team training, coaching, and scheduling to keep shifts running effectively
• Help maintain product quality, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
• Assist with cash handling and inventory checks
• Provide feedback and resolve guest concerns when needed

What You Bring

• Tim Hortons experience – At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory position preferred
• Quick service background – 2+ years in food service or retail
• Leadership – A positive role model who motivates and supports others
• Flexibility – Able to work in a fast-paced environment with evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical ability – Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
