En tant que directeur des ventes de produits , au sein de notre organisation des ventes, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en travaillant directement avec nos clients pour assurer la vente et l'entretien des pièces de performance des machines à papier. Vos connaissances et votre expertise seront mises à profit pour garantir que les services, les audits, les ventes et les accords clients sont exécutés avec un haut niveau de performance et à la satisfaction des clients.

Responsabilités

Connaissance complète des coûts des produits, de la rentabilité, des caractéristiques, des avantages et des prix du marché des concurrents. Comprendre ce qui motive les risques et les limites du produit en collaboration avec la production de l'atelier et l'ingénierie. Dans ce rôle, vous chercherez des options (internalisation/externalisation) - tout en tenant la gestion de l'approvisionnement responsable de la sécurisation des fournisseurs qualifiés avec des prix compétitifs et de la compréhension de la façon dont le produit est vendu sur différents segments de marché ainsi que des exigences des clients (qualité et commercial). Le candidat retenu obtiendra des opportunités de devis sur des accords potentiels et obtiendra des commandes de clients existants et potentiels.

Vous participerez et dirigerez la formation de l’équipe de vente sur les fonctionnalités des produits et les capacités des magasins et aiderez le directeur des ventes à identifier les opportunités qui augmentent les réservations et les revenus. Ce poste attend du bon candidat qu'il atteigne des objectifs de vente spécifiques et des objectifs de satisfaction client pour les comptes attribués. Vous aiderez également à fournir une prévision/budget des ventes du territoire pour les comptes attribués, y compris l'analyse des concurrents.

Attentes

Cette opportunité pourrait vous convenir si vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique de niveau collégial en génie mécanique avec de l’expérience de travaille dans une industrie manufacturière produisant des équipements d’origine surdimensionnés. De l’expérience pratique dans l’industrie des pâtes et papiers combiné à une passion pour la vente pourrait également être considérée.

1) Ce poste nécessite une excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise puisque qu’il s’agit de notre langue d’affaire commune utilisée mondialement. La capacité de communiquer en français est également requise puisque vous servirez une clientele situee au Quebec. Il sera nécessaire pour certains projets d’accommoder les disponibilités de nos collègues situés dans d’autres fuseaux horaires.

Doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada, y compris l'admissibilité à voyager partout en Amérique du Nord. Comme vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos clients au sein d'une région, vous passerez une grande partie de votre temps à voyager.

As a Product Sales Manager , within our Sales organization, you will play a critical role in working directly with our customers to ensure the sales and servicing for paper machine performance parts. Your knowledge and expertise will be put to good use to ensure that services, audits, sales and Customer Agreements are carried out to a high level of performance and to the customers satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of product costs, profitability, features, benefits and market pricing of competitors. Understand what drives risk and limitations of the product in collaboration with shop production and engineering. In this role, you will source options (insource/outsource) – while holding Supply Management accountable for securing qualified suppliers with competitive pricing and understanding how product is sold to different market segments along with customer requirements (quality and commercial). The successful candidate will secure opportunities to quote on prospective agreements and obtain orders from existing and potential customers.

You will participate in as well as lead in educating salesforce on product features and shop capabilities and support Sales Manager identifying opportunities that grow bookings and revenues. This position will expect the right candidate to achieve specific sales goals, and customer satisfaction targets for assigned accounts. You will also help provide a territory sales forecast/budget for assigned accounts including competitor analysis.

Expectations

This opportunity could be right for you if you hold a college-level technical diploma in mechanical engineering with experience working in a manufacturing industry producing oversized original equipment. Practical experience in the pulp and paper industry combined with a passion for sales could also be considered.

2) This position requires excellent command of the English language since it is our common business language used worldwide. The capacity to communicate in French is also required since you will serve customers located in the province of Quebec. It will be necessary for certain projects to accommodate the availability of our colleagues located in other time zones.

Must be authorized to work in Canada including eligibility to travel throughout North America. As you will work closely with our clients within a region, you will spend a large part of your time traveling.
