As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of senior professionals and be mentored directly by an industry professional. What you bring Experience with business development and / or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity * Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels * Must be detail-oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills Bonus skills and experience Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset * Real estate license is required (or close to completion) * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) * Prior experience using CRM programs * Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset. * Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset What you will be learning How to conduct business development activities by identifying and qualifying leads and contacts, lead on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects. * Maintain records of correspondence within CRM+, our national database * How to conduct market information research through a variety of tools * How to execute and assist with deal transactions including listing / commission agreements, leases, offers and sales agreements. #LI-JM2#LI-Onsite Make your next move an expert one and *join us* as we lead the industry into the future.
