Sanivac is looking for a répartiteur(trice) to join our new container rental division for construction materials. The répartiteur(trice) serves as a sales & logistics coordinator to manage and schedule truck routes for delivery and container pickup.
From 1961, Sanivac, a family‑owned Quebec business, is a leader in environmental services. Our specialties include portable toilet rentals, sanitary trailers, sewer cleaning, septic tank pumping, grease trap cleaning, hydro‑excavation and urban infrastructure maintenance.
Salaire : starting at 75 000$/yr, competitive adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
Horaire : Full‑time day shift, Monday‑Friday.

- Plan and manage daily truck routes.
- Allocate and manage drivers according to established routes.
- Coordinate truck logistics.
- Find creative solutions to serve our customers amid daily challenges.
- Review upcoming contracts and plan in advance.
- Coach and support drivers during their trips with necessary information.
- Handle unforeseen events and emergencies throughout the day.
- Collect driver feedback, suggest improvements and follow up.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction by delivering on time, meeting deadlines, and addressing specific needs.
- Other related tasks.
Les compétences que nous recherchons :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or related field.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes in Greater Montreal region.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership, decision‑making, structure, reasoning, proactive, reliable, punctual, planning, judgment, priority setting, teamwork.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies or unexpected events.
- Action‑oriented and fearless face daily challenges.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
