About The Role

The Branch Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all operational areas. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a positive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proper branch operation. The role involves implementing strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets, contributing to the expansion and success of the business.

Reporting to: Director

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Air & Sea Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, Transporters, and other service providers.
• Plan logistics operations, coordinate transportation, and communicate with vendors, agents, shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
• Handle primary communications and escalations with agents and customers.
• Manage intra-branch escalations and mitigation.
• Prepare bills and submit documents to clients.
• Manage finance and accounts for the branch.
• Evaluate and improve team processes to maximize efficiency and customer value.
• Oversee HR and administrative activities at the branch.

Business Development Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate clients.
• Enhance branch and company presence and reputation.
• Share knowledge on effective practices and business opportunities.
• Meet sales goals and metrics.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate with knowledge of Customs clearance (Import & Export) and Business Development.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.
• G pass Customs pass holder preferred.
• Ability to meet sales and operational goals.
• Knowledge of import/export customs clearance.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, result-oriented attitude, proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to streamline operations for clients.
