Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, and delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Track and manage inventory
Inspect the warehouse and keep it clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Responsible for warehousing, transportation, infrastructure & health & safety
Develop Warehouse and Delivery KPI metrics
Manage and Measure operational performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Decrease overtime utilization at the Distribution Centre
Improved Pick accuracy at the Distribution Centre
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery

Qualifications

Education in logistics, transportation, and supply chain is considered an asset

5+ years of warehouse management experience is required

Strong people management skills

Effective health & safety experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
