About the Practice / Department / Team
Joining our team here at Oundle surgery presents an opportunity to be part of a great team. We are a practice with a population of around 10,500 patients. It is a very fast paced working environment and this makes it an exciting and rewarding place to work.
Job responsibilities
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of receptionand admin duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinaryteam. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directingpatients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments,processing of information and assisting patients as required.
To act as the central point of contact for patients, thedistribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team,liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such assecondary care and community service providers.
