Job description

Our public sector client uses the PeopleSoft Government of Canada Human Resource Management System (PSHRMS) version 8.9 as its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Human Resources. This system aligns with Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Program Centre instance of PeopleSoft 8.9 and interfaces with the Government of Canada’s Phoenix pay system.

There is an upcoming requirement for a PeopleSoft Application Specialist Level 3 to support the project, specifically :

  • Modernizing Roles and Permissions
  • Security administration
  • Project Coordination and Leadership
  • Effective stakeholder Engagement

Responsibilities

  • Modernizing Roles and Permissions : Update and automate the security administration roles and permissions.
  • Project Coordination and Leadership : Take a lead role at the project level, ensuring milestones are met and coordination is seamless.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to maintain alignment and communication.
  • Independent Execution : Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, managing responsibilities and decisions without direct supervision.
  • Qualifications

    10 yrs as a PeopleSoft Application Specialist

    ERP PeopleSoft HRMS Version 8.9 or higher

    Leading the development and documentation of PeopleSoft HRMS Version 8.9 Greater than 8 years

    Summary

    Federal Government security clearance at the Secret level is required.
