We are seeking an Clerical Admin Coordinator to support our office with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly—from administrative tasks to supporting key projects and helping our team stay efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with the transition of company files and records to cloud-based storage.
- Support the operations team with scheduling, document tracking, and project coordination.
- Assist with simple accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing in Quick Books Online.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist in managing CRM data and communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Quick Books Online (QBO), and CRM systems.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?
