Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant (Amazon) at Nellie’s Clean located in North Vancouver, BC. As we receive an abundance of applications, please do not apply if you cannot work on-site in North Vancouver, BC.

The Job Duties will include :

• Assistance with creating and maintaining listings on Nellie’s Amazon account.
• Creating and processing shipments, maintaining inventory and stock levels.
• Creating and following up on open cases with Amazon support.
• Providing administrative support to Nellie’s Amazon US and Canadian accounts.
• Processing customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.
• Working with the in-house inventory system ‘Fishbowl’ to track orders, create shipments and maintain Amazon inventory.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
