Who we're looking for :

We are seeking a skilled Manager, Data Science with experience in developing AI and Machine Learning data products. You need to have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and are proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing, testing and deploying machine learning models.

What you will do :

  • Bring a passion and urgency for creating superior operational intelligence that drives tangible benefits, aligning to Care Nation's strategic priorities (Reducing friction, drive solutions and being a world-class operator).
  • With a customer-first mindset, be a trusted advisor in solving business problems in collaboration with Care Nation stakeholders. You'll accomplish this through providing thought-leadership & direction in generating actionable insights about our Solution Centre and operational Performance, superior knowledge and expertise in Contact Centre analytics, performance management and statistical methodologies.
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to drive predictive analytics and automate processes. Continuously monitor model performance and make improvements to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate models and ensure their robustness.
  • Support data analytics & reporting requests related to Care Operations to generate meaningful insights and intelligence in a detailed, systematic, and efficient manner. You must be able to interpret complex data points into concise insights for consumption across the organization, including SLT & ELT audiences.
  • Develop reliable and efficient data integrations and ETL's with new and existing data sources to generate value. Use a variety of technology and programming languages including, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
  • With your expert knowledge, build plans to educate / coach / mentor team members on technical execution and coaching stakeholders on how to generate value from solutions we've developed.
  • Influence cross-functional leadership teams and navigate around competing priorities to deliver positive outcomes for all involved; Securing commitment and support from SLT on critical initiatives that drive Operational Excellence and reduce friction for those that support the front-line.

What you will bring :

  • A drive, energy, and urgency to deliver innovative insights and support leadership decision making
  • As an early technology adopter, you'll have curiosity on to how to integrate cutting-edge technology into our operations
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • 5+ years experience building and deploying Machine Learning models
  • 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications industry or Operations Management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
