Salesforce Marketing Cloud Trainer

Role Overview

Our client, a non profit organization, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support internal capability building on a part time basis over approximately 10 working days. This engagement is focused on knowledge transfer rather than delivery, with availability required during MST business hours. Calgary based consultants are preferred, however remote candidates are welcome. The consultant will work closely with an internal employee to provide hands on training, system walkthroughs, and ongoing guidance to help them confidently use Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is a short term, part time contract ideal for a consultant who enjoys mentoring and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided walkthroughs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, tailored to the organization’s current setup
• Train an internal employee on core Marketing Cloud concepts, tools, and workflows
• Explain best practices for campaign setup, audience management, and automation
• Answer day to day questions related to the platform and its usage
• Provide practical tips, shortcuts, and real world examples to help the employee get up to speed
• Ensure knowledge transfer is clear, documented where helpful, and aligned with nonprofit needs
