Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager to join our Steel Team!

Applicant must have 2+ years of experience coordination and managing pre-engineered steel building projects.

THE ROLE

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Surrey, BC. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-engineered metal building projects. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and construction teams to establish :

• project scope,
• timelines,
• track deliverables,
• organizing resources,
• track project progress,
• manage and issue RFIs
• manage and issue submittals
• manage and issue COs

The project coordinator will also assist with ensuring total compliance with quality and safety standards while maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.
