We also offer services in siding, aluminum, metal roofs, decks, and fences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives.
Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to actively engage and close sales deals for our roofing services.
This role involves utilizing provided leads to maximize sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets. The position is commission-based, with a competitive 50% commission split.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively contact and follow up on leads provided daily.
- Effectively demonstrate product knowledge to customers and articulate the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships to foster business growth.
- Utilize new technologies for sales and client management.
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must have a full driving license and own a vehicle.
- Willingness to adopt and implement new technology in sales strategies.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
