CO-OP Student, Robotic Process Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a GDLS Digital Workforce through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools / techniques as required.
• Convert existing manual and / or repeatable business processes into automated or partially automated solutions.
• Match an appropriate solution to the business process.
• Recognize business requirements to determine actionable automation solutions.
• Work with assigned business analyst and integrate within the existing framework to provide seamless value-added services.
• Responsible for the automation development cycle including :
• Development of automation solutions based on defined user requirements, including risk and error handling protocols
• Testing and troubleshooting
• Production monitoring
• Enhancement deployment
• Support design and update of internal communication portal content.
